Sultan City: A custom board for Mario Party 3

I’ve always loved the chaotic and friendship-destroying gem of a game that is Mario Party 3. When I heard that a dedicated romhacker had developed a board editing tool for the game called PartyPlanner64, I knew I had to let my creative spirit loose and make a board combines all my favorite elements of Mario Party.
